Kathy is a principal and managing member of Apricus Realty Capital as well as a co-founder and managing member of Younger Partners where she oversees and directs the office and retail leasing professionals. She has completed over 1,700 leases representing more than 10.9 million square feet. Prior to founding Younger Partners, Kathy held senior positions at Trammell Crow Company, Grubb & Ellis, and CBRE. She has an MBA from Southern Methodist University and a BBA from Texas Christian University. Kathy earned her CPA designation and is an active member of ICSC and a board member of The Real Estate Council.
