- Occupancy was increased from 29% to 88% within 18 months of takeover
- Raised the effective rental rates by 25% during the same time frame
- Resulted in becoming the submarket leader in activity and showings
200 S. Wacker, Chicago, Illinois
- 750,000 SF, Class A office property located in the Chicago CBD
- Recapitalization of a distressed Class A building on Wacker Drive, Chicago’s preeminent office location. Opportunity to re-establish the property through renovations, complete tenant allowance packages, and a new marketing team.
- Completed renovations and executed over 200,000 SF of leasing with rental rates ahead of pro-forma.
