Garrett Marler serves as Vice President at Apricus Realty Capital where he oversees acquisitions and asset management for the industrial outdoor storage portfolio. Before joining Apricus, Garrett was a broker with Younger Partners, where he completed over 400 transactions spanning office, industrial, and retail assets. Garrett holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance from the University of Kansas. He is a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) and a graduate of the TREC Associate Leadership Council (ALC) Class of 2021.
