Apricus Realty Capital Acquires Third IOS Property
DALLAS (Oct. 12, 2023) – Dallas-based Apricus Realty Capital acquired its third industrial outdoor storage (IOS) property with the acquisition of 11600 CF Hawn, a fully occupied four-acre crane rental storage and maintenance facility at 11600 CF Hawn Freeway in Dallas. The 8,800-square-foot facility includes two buildings.
“The property is fully occupied by a strong tenant with an excellent operating and occupancy history, making it an extremely attractive addition to our portfolio,” said Matt Haley, managing principal of Apricus. “As we look to make future acquisitions, we will continue to focus on infill industrial and IOS properties in the DFW and Houston areas.”
This location is conveniently accessible via Highways 175, I-20, I-45, and I-635, and is 14 miles from Downtown Dallas. The property provides crane maintenance and repairs complementing the fully fenced and secure storage area. The convenient ingress and egress to CF Hawn Freeway make this an ideal location for truck parking.
