Micah is a principal and managing director of Apricus Realty Capital where she originates new property opportunities, negotiates partnerships and loan documents and oversees the physical and financial due diligence for those assets. Prior to Apricus Realty Capital, Micah was a partner at Dunhill Partners. There, she developed a keen business acumen and the ability to source deals that bring profits to investors. Her transaction volume currently tops $2 billion. Micah earned her BBA from Hawaii Pacific University.
